IFBA President Vickie Mokros has appointed Wally Banks to fill the Region 5 Vice President post left vacant by the resignation of Mike Hoskins.

Wally comes to us with a boatload of experience having been a former IFBA President and a Regional Vice President.

We welcome Wally back to the Executive Board. We look forward to his input.
