The IFBA is an organization of organizations. The primary benefits of joining the IFBA are sharing common bonds among organizations and networking with people of similar interests. Although within the IFBA not all organizations may have all the same specific interests, all organizations do share a common passion for the fire service. The strength of the IFBA is derived from the participation of each of its members. Even though individual organizations may face differing challenges, the IFBA provides a platform for the presentation of ideas to meet those challenges.
